Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SpecToCode website at spectocode.dev (the "Site") operated by SpecToCode ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Website Use
The Site provides information about SpecToCode and allows you to submit an inquiry for a product demonstration. The Site does not currently provide access to the SpecToCode product itself. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security.
2. Demo Requests
By submitting a demo request, you confirm that:
- The information you provide is accurate and relates to you
- You are authorised to submit an inquiry on behalf of the company named
- You consent to being contacted about your request by the methods you provided
Submission of a demo request does not create any contractual obligation on either party.
3. Intellectual Property
The SpecToCode name, logo, website design, source code, architecture, and all content on this Site are the property of SpecToCode and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
SpecToCode has filed a provisional patent application with IP Australia (Application No: AU 2026903596) covering the architecture, mechanisms, and innovations referenced on this Site. International patent protection is being pursued under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT).
Nothing on this Site grants you any licence to use, copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of SpecToCode intellectual property without express written permission.
4. No Warranties
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpecToCode disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpecToCode and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, regardless of the cause of action.
6. Third-Party Services
The Site is hosted on Netlify and uses web fonts served by Google Fonts. These third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices that are not under our control.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
