When you submit a demo request through our website, we collect:
- Full name — so we can address you correctly
- Company name — to understand your organisational context
- Role — to tailor our response to your needs
- Company email address — to contact you about your request
- Phone number (including country code) — for optional follow-up
- Optional message — any context you choose to share
We do not use cookies or tracking pixels on this site. We do not run analytics scripts that identify individual visitors. Server logs maintained by our hosting provider may record standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and operational purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide only to:
- Respond to your demo request within 24 hours
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations
- Send follow-up communications related to your inquiry
- Improve our product based on your feedback
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.
3. How We Store Your Information
Form submissions are stored securely with our hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.). Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access is restricted to authorised personnel of SpecToCode. We retain submission data for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any subsequent business relationship, typically no longer than 24 months from the date of last contact.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate information
- Delete your personal data (subject to legitimate retention obligations)
- Object to our processing of your personal data
- Withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis for processing

5. Data Residency
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, which may include data centres in the United States and other regions. By submitting our form, you consent to this international transfer. We are working toward regional data residency options for enterprise customers.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, secure credential storage, and restricted access to submission data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
SpecToCode is a business-to-business product not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to existing contacts via email where practical.
